By accessing untapweb.com (the "Site") or engaging UNTAP WEB, LLC ("UNTAP WEB," "we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. UNTAP WEB, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

UNTAP WEB, LLC is a Missouri limited liability company providing modern website design, development, SEO, AEO, GEO, and digital marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses across the Midwest. Tagline: "Modern websites for midwest businesses."

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of signup.

• Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month.
• Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at the discounted rate.
• All prices are listed in USD.
• Invoices are issued via email. Failure to pay within 15 days may result in service suspension.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 30 days. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle with no further obligation.

Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time before their next billing date. Upon cancellation:

• Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
• Hosted content will remain available for 30 days post-cancellation to allow export.

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and code—is the property of UNTAP WEB, LLC. Upon full payment of all outstanding fees for project-based work, you own the final design and content delivered. UNTAP WEB, LLC retains ownership of proprietary code frameworks, templates, and build tooling.

We reserve the right to display your completed website in our portfolio (Showroom) unless you request otherwise in writing.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Violate any local, state, or federal law.
• Transmit unauthorized advertising or spam.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Any information regarding SEO or marketing outcomes is informational only; we make no guarantee of specific results for your business.

UNTAP WEB's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to legal@untapweb.com identifying the work and the allegedly infringing material.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in St. Charles County, Missouri.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party services. These links are provided for convenience only. UNTAP WEB does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at untapweb.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to the Site. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UNTAP WEB regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior understandings.
