This data is used in aggregate form to understand Site usage and improve our services. It is not linked to your personal identity.
2.3 Payment Information
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. When you complete a subscription checkout, Stripe collects your name, email, and payment card details directly. UNTAP WEB does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe shares your name and email with us to confirm the transaction and initiate your onboarding.
2.4 Onboarding Information
After subscribing, you are invited to complete a client onboarding info sheet at /onboard. This form collects information needed to build your website, including:
- Business description, ideal customer, and service area
- Competitor website URLs (for reference only)
- Brand color preferences and logo status
- Website copy and photo preferences
- Any specific features or integrations requested
This information is sent directly to our team via email and is used solely to design and build your website. It is not stored in any database and is not shared with third parties.
3. Cookies and Tracking
3.1 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site. It uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

- Business transfer: If UNTAP WEB is sold or merged, information may be part of the transaction.
6. Data Retention & Security
Retention
We retain contact form submissions long enough to follow up on your inquiry and maintain business records. Active client information is retained for the duration of our engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and tax purposes.
Security
We use industry-standard third-party providers for hosting and email. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable Missouri and federal law.
